🎯 What to Do with the Feedback
- Positive feedback: Turn it into a testimonial (ask permission first)
- Constructive criticism: Fix it for the next client. One improvement per project.
- Referral score 9-10: Ask for a referral immediately. "I'm glad you're happy! Do you know anyone else who might need [service]?"
- Referral score 7-8: Ask what would make it a 10. Fix that, then ask for a referral.
- Referral score under 7: Thank them for honesty. Ask what would have made it a 10. Learn from it.
