🎯 What to Do with the Feedback

Positive feedback: Turn it into a testimonial (ask permission first)
Constructive criticism: Fix it for the next client. One improvement per project.
Referral score 9-10: Ask for a referral immediately. "I'm glad you're happy! Do you know anyone else who might need [service]?"
Referral score 7-8: Ask what would make it a 10. Fix that, then ask for a referral.
Referral score under 7: Thank them for honesty. Ask what would have made it a 10. Learn from it.

💡 Pro tip: Send the exit interview 1-2 days after project completion. Not immediately (they're busy), not 2 weeks later (they've forgotten details).
